Brian was born and raised in the Upstate and graduated from Travelers Rest High School before attending and graduating from Furman University in 1994. After taking a couple of years off from school to get some real-world working experience, he attended the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was chosen Editor-in-Chief of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal and received the Cali Award for Employment Discrimination. Brian graduated cum Laude in 1999 as a member of both the Order of Wig and Robe and the Order of the Coif.

 

Brian returned to Greenville in 1999 to practice law with his brother, Andy, focusing most of his legal practice on representing individuals against their former employers and people going through family issues. Brian realized that employees and families can be destroyed in an instant. Brian has devoted his 27 years of legal practice, and litigated hundreds of cases, giving a voice to these marginalized individuals and helping families. He feels fortunate that his clients trust him with their life-altering problems.
