LEGAL EXPERIENCE
Employment Law - I have mainly represented employees for my entire career and litigated and tried cases in both Federal and State Courts. I have also handled employment disputes and/or administrative hearings involving EEOC charges, employment discrimination and harassment, wrongful discharge, the FMLA, contract disputes, severance packages, unemployment compensation, fraud, misrepresentation, non-compete agreements, and teacher discharges and suspensions.
Nursing Home Law - I have successfully litigated cases against some of the largest nursing home chains involving wrongful death, bed sores, falls, fractures, dehydration, malnutrition, abuse and neglect.
Family Law - I have represented husbands, wives, fathers and mothers in a wide range of matters, including divorce, child custody and support, property division, separation agreements and mediations.
I also taught at Southern Wesleyan University as an Adjunct Professor, 2003-2004. I taught Business Law and the Legal and Regulatory Environment of Business.
