About
Brian and Kelly Arnold started their firm to help families. Through their years of practice, they have developed the necessary skills to help families with the most important aspects of their lives.
Brian began his practice with employment law cases but soon discovered that many current and past clients at some point called him for help with other legal issues. One such issue was finding a good "divorce" attorney. Recognizing their clients' needs, Brian and Kelly expanded their practice to include Family Law and have found it very rewarding to help their clients with those issues. Clients also called with questions when loved ones were in nursing home facilities. As they gained the knowledge and experience to answer their client's nursing home questions, Kelly and Brian also expanded their practice to include nursing home law and have great satisfaction in representing families against neglectful and abusive nursing homes.
Kelly began her career as a child abuse prosecutor. This experience, as well as her experience as an attorney for Guardians ad Litem in Greenville County Family Court, gives her a unique perspective when dealing with tough family issues. After Kelly had the opportunity to learn about residential and commercial real estate closings, Brian and Kelly expanded their practice to include real estate law. Kelly's main area of practice is real estate law, with an emphasis on residential real estate closings.
